LABORATORY PROCEDURES FOR ANIMAL & HUMAN CELL LINES REFERENCE NO: AHC/1998/4/4.2
TITLE: AUTHENTICATION ISSUES
INTRODUCTION
This protocol is to describe the procedures for dealing with the complaints that have followed the initial procedure AHC/1998/4/4.1 and still require further investigation.
PROCEDURE
- Complaints are initially dealt with AHC/1998/4/4.1, and if further authentication is required, Master and distribution banks are then to be tested in the appropriate manner:
ISOENZYME AHC/1998/3/3.1/2.2
ANTIBODY AHC/1998/3/3.5/2
MYCOPLASMA AHC/1998/3/3.2/2
DNA Fingerprint AHC/1998/3/3.1/2.3
- Results discussed at regular authentication meeting action agreed. i.e. Depositor contacted, redeposit and deletion from catalogue.
- Customer informed of results and course of action.
- If this problem involves recalling product see
