TITLE: HYBRIDOMA ANTIBODY PRODUCTION QUALITY CONTROL PROCEDURES
INTRODUCTION
This procedure describes the protocol for sample collection, storage, result writing and reporting of all assays with regard to hybridoma antibody production.
PROCEDURE
- 10ml of supernatant is collected and placed in -20°C room on Hybridoma QC tray, or given directly to technician in charge of antibody assays (
AHC/1998/3/3.5/2.1).
Species of antibody produced is checked and appropriate assays carried out (AHC/1998/3/3.5/2.2, AHC/1998/3/3.5/2.3, and AHC/1998/3/3.5/2.4)
Assay procedures and results are calculated and recorded.
Validation of data is made by the responsible.
