Give details of : For collections located in Germany: DSMZ does not send cell lines to countries which are under the "Act on the control of war weapons" and in general do not send them to countries which can not be reached fast by a postal service company. For collections located in Italy: INRC follows the rules of importation. INRC only send cell lines up to class II containment, which are not suitable for constructing biological weapons.
