AGREEMENT FORM

Agreement between the Interlab Cell Line Collection and the recipient of cell line

 

The following ICLC cell lines

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

will be made available subject to the following conditions:

1. The cultures are to be used either by

  • Scientist affiliated to a non-profit research institute in pursuance of an academic research programme

or

  • if by commercial or similar interests, they will not be offered for sale or be utilised in commercial processes involved in the preparation for sale of any biological material, or in any other type of commercial activity without having secured written agreement from the ICLC on behalf of the original depositor. The ICLC will refer back to depositors all such requests.

2. The cell line will not be distributed to third parties.

3. If the cell lines are referred to in any publication, then correct reference will be made to the work of the original depositor and no alteration will be made to its ICLC cell line name or acronym.

4. The ICLC and its depositors do not accept any liability in connection with the handling or use of the cell line.
